The MSP is a team of young talents gathered around the two founders, Nicolas Clemente and Nicolas Ursulet.

Community management, IT, accounting-management, sports management, more than 5 permanent employees work year-round to organize this event and its complementary dimensions.

During the week of competition, the Martinique Surf Pro team reaches more than a hundred people recruited directly or indirectly. From an operational point of view, a steering committee oversees the system.
